Three principles run through everything we operate: the newest airframes, the most experienced pilots, and maintenance by the book.
Newest fleet in Bali
Every airframe is between 2022 and 2025 production. Bell 505 Jet Ranger X and Robinson R66 turbines only, no aging piston aircraft on the line.
CPL-H licensed pilots
Every pilot on roster holds a Commercial Pilot Licence (Helicopter) with turbine type rating. The minimum experience floor for our line is 5,000 flight hours.
Manufacturer maintenance
Inspections run strictly to Bell and Robinson factory schedules. Every airframe receives a 100-hour inspection plus a daily walk-around before the first flight of the day.

Fully licensed, fully insured, fully compliant.
We operate under the same regulatory framework as scheduled commercial aviation. Reference numbers are listed so concierges, agents, and corporate buyers can verify them directly with the authorities.

Air Operator Certificate
Issued by the Indonesia Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), authorising commercial helicopter operations across Bali and the surrounding regions.

Comprehensive hull and passenger liability cover on every flight, underwritten by Allianz Aviation. Third-party liability extended to ground operations at both heliports.

Pre-flight process
Every passenger walks through the same four steps.
It takes about fifteen minutes from arrival at the heliport to engine start. Briefing first, questions next, equipment check, weight protocol. The pilot in command signs off before any rotor turns.

Safety briefing
Ground crew walks through emergency egress, seatbelt and headset operation, and intercom procedure. Approx. 6 minutes.

Q&A with the pilot
Anything you want to confirm before boarding gets answered face-to-face. First-time flyers are always given more time, never less.

Equipment check
Life vests, fire extinguisher, first-aid kit, and emergency locator transmitter are visually verified before every flight, not just at the start of the day.

Weight protocol
Passenger and bag weights are recorded for the load sheet. The pilot in command calculates centre-of-gravity within manufacturer limits before sign-off.
Weather policy
If it is not safe to fly, we do not fly.
Two hours before every departure, the pilot in command reviews local METAR, satellite imagery, and wind shear forecasts for the route. The pilot has full authority to delay, reroute, or cancel. There is no commercial pressure to depart, ever.
